Yes. Each Luna Soeur piece is crafted with intention and care, often made to order. Variations are part of the nature and beauty of handcrafted jewelry.

How long will my order take?

Production typically takes 1–3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece. This does not include shipping time.

If you have a specific deadline, you’re welcome to reach out before ordering. While timelines cannot be guaranteed, accommodations may sometimes be possible.

Do you offer rush orders?

Occasionally, depending on workload and the piece. Please contact me prior to ordering to inquire about availability.

Where do you ship?

Luna Soeur ships within the United States and internationally. Shipping options and estimates are provided at checkout.

Please note that international orders may experience delays due to customs processing, which is outside my control.

Are duties or customs fees included?

No. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because Luna Soeur jewelry is handmade and often made to order, returns are accepted only in cases of craftsmanship error or defect.

Returns based on sizing issues, preference changes, or buyer’s remorse are not accepted.

If there is an issue with your piece, please contact me within 7 days of delivery for approval and instructions.

Are custom or personalized pieces returnable?

Custom and personalized pieces are generally final sale.
In some cases, adjustments may be possible depending on the nature of the customization. If something feels unsatisfactory, please reach out — communication is always welcome.

What if my ring doesn’t fit?

Many Luna Soeur pieces can be resized or adjusted to ensure the perfect fit.

Resizing fees typically range from $30–$75 for simple adjustments, depending on the complexity of the piece. More intricate work, such as stone tightening, prong repairs, or custom adjustments, will be quoted individually.

Turnaround time: Up to two weeks once the piece is received.

Will my jewelry look exactly like the photos?

Each piece is handmade, so slight variations may occur. These differences are part of the individuality and character of artisan jewelry and should be expected.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes. All orders arrive thoughtfully packaged in a box designed to protect and present your piece beautifully.
You may include a brief gift message at checkout, and it will be included with care.

What if my package is lost?

All shipments are insured. If your package appears lost in transit, please contact me:

  • U.S. orders: after 3 weeks

  • International orders: after 8 weeks

I will assist with locating the package and filing insurance if necessary.
