SHIPPING & PRODUCTION

Each Luna Soeur piece is made with intention, care, and time. Unlike mass-produced jewelry, many pieces are crafted to order.

Production Time
Please allow 1–3 weeks for creation, depending on the complexity of the piece. This timeframe does not include shipping.

If you have a specific timeline, you are welcome to reach out prior to ordering. While timelines cannot be guaranteed, I will always do what I reasonably can to accommodate special circumstances.

Shipping Methods
Orders ship via USPS or UPS. Shipping charges include insurance.
Please note that expedited shipping applies to transit time only; production time still applies.

Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)

  • USPS First Class: 3–10 business days
  • USPS Priority: 2–5 business days
  • UPS Ground: 4–5 business days
  • UPS 2-Day: 2–4 business days

CANADA SHIPPING

  • USPS First Class International: approximately 7–14 days
  • USPS Priority International: 6–10 days
  • UPS Standard: 4–5 days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders ship via USPS International First Class.
Please allow 2–6 weeks for delivery.

International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing, which is outside of my control. Tracking availability varies by destination. All international shipments are insured.

In the rare event a package is lost, insurance will be filed and your piece will be recreated whenever possible.

 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Customs forms cannot be marked as gifts or undervalued.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Each Luna Soeur piece is crafted with care and intention. Because of the nature of handmade and custom jewelry, returns are limited.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of craftsmanship error or defect.
Returns based on sizing errors, preference changes, or buyer’s remorse are not accepted.

If there is an issue with your piece, please contact me within 14 days of delivery for approval and instructions.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original or comparable packaging

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED PIECES

Custom or personalized pieces are generally final sale.
In certain cases, an exchange or adjustment may be possible depending on the level of customization. If your piece feels unsatisfactory in any way, please reach out — communication matters.

RESIZING

Many Luna Soeur pieces can be resized or adjusted to ensure the perfect fit.

Resizing fees typically range from $30–$75 for simple adjustments, depending on the complexity of the piece. More intricate work, such as stone tightening, prong repairs, or custom adjustments, will be quoted individually.

Turnaround time: Up to two weeks once the piece is received.

GIFT PACKAGING

All orders arrive thoughtfully packaged in a box designed to protect and present your piece beautifully.
If your order is a gift, you may include a brief message at checkout, and it will be included with care.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Orders ship to the address provided.
If shipping directly to a recipient, simply enter their address at checkout.

MISSING PACKAGES

Delivery times may vary.

If your package has not arrived:

  • U.S. orders: please contact me after 3 weeks
  • International orders: please contact me after 8 weeks

I will always assist in locating your package and filing insurance when applicable.
