Each Luna Soeur piece is handcrafted at our home studio in Missouri. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks for production before shipment. All packages ship fully insured with tracking provided as they leave the studio.
For Domestic:
We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $300. You can opt to pay for a faster shipping method at checkout.
For International:
We are only able to ship to a limited number of countries. International customers are required to pay for all shipping and customs costs. If you wish to purchase from an unlisted country, please contact us to see if arrangements can be made.
A note on care:
To keep your jewelry in the best condition for many years to come, remove it before bathing, swimming, exercising, or using household chemicals. Store it separately in a dry place and gently clean it with a soft polishing cloth. Avoid commercial jewelry dips on oxidized finishes, textured surfaces, and delicate gemstones.
